3. Zero-Tolerance Policy: HERR House maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs, alcohol, weapons, and other contraband. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion and notification of authorities.

4. Bag Searches: Club staff reserves the right to search bags before entry. Refusal may result in denial of entry.

5. Under the Influence: Entry will be denied to individuals suspected of being under the influence.

6. Lost Items: We are not liable for lost items. 

7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the club but is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

8. Behavioral Standards: Loud, harmful, violent, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited.

9. Property Damage: Causing damage to club property will result in immediate removal.

10. Website Registration: By registering on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

11. Access to Services: Access to the website may involve third-party fees, and you are responsible for providing necessary equipment for access.

12. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the agreement, including membership fees, with immediate effect upon notice.

13. Membership Termination: Either party may terminate membership at any time, with non-refundable fees.

14. Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

15. Payment: Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in this agreement.

16. Online Conduct: Members agree to abide by guidelines regarding online conduct, including prohibition of offensive material and unauthorized use of personal information.

17. Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from breach of the agreement.

18. Proprietary Rights: The website's content and design are the exclusive property of the Company.

19. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Company provides the service on an "as is" basis and disclaims all warranties.

20. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.

21. Complaints: Complaints regarding the service should be directed to club manager.
